Walk and Talk Therapy in
Fife & Surrounding Areas
For people who open up more easily outside, in nature
Therapy in the outdoors
Therapy that gets you out of your head — and into the open air
Sometimes four walls make everything feel heavier. Walk and Talk Therapy takes place outdoors — walking side by side, in the fresh air of Fife and the surrounding countryside — at a pace that suits you.
It’s therapy, just in a setting that feels a lot less like it.
Sessions take place in person, outdoors, across:
Dunfermline · South Queensferry · West Lothian · Kinross · Edinburgh (North)

Could Walk and Talk Therapy help you?
The aim of therapy is to help you live your life more fully
I am trauma-informed, which means I understand how past experiences can live in the body and affect the present — and I work in a way that never pushes faster than you’re ready to go.
I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients. If you’ve received a diagnosis — or suspect you might be neurodivergent — and you’re trying to make sense of what that means for your life, you’re very welcome here.
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Many of my clients simply want dedicated time and space to think — with someone who’s fully in their corner.
I work with people navigating:
Anxiety and depression
Trauma — whether recent events or things carried from childhood
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure which direction to take
Life transitions — divorce, career change, moving, returning to education
Perimenopause and menopause
Neurodivergent diagnosis and life after diagnosis
Midlife questioning and change
A desire for regular space that’s just for you
What happens in our sessions?
Every person is different, so therapy isn't a fixed script.
Most people move through something like this:
-

Discovery
We start where you are.
What's brought you here?
What does your day-to-day actually feel like right now?
I'll help you make sense of why your mind and body respond the way they do without judgement,
and at your pace. -

Reflect
Next, we will reflect
on your lifeTogether we look at patterns, blocks, and experiences that may be shaping how you live.
-

Regrowth
The aim isn't to fix you — you're not broken. It's to help you step into a life that feels more like yours, while honouring everything it took to get here.
